All personal details are, without exception, handled discreetly, securely and confidentially, never shared with third-parties. Unless specifically requested, you will not be contacted after a booking.

For your benefit, please read these Terms carefully. By booking a WINKS London Massage, you fully understand, agree with and accept to abide by WINKS London Terms as stated below:

1. BE OVER 18

2. NO SOLICITING ALLOWED

3. HAVE THE CORRECT FEE READY WHEN THE MASSEUSE ARRIVES

4. BE FREE FROM THE INFLUENCE OF INTOXICANTS

5. BOOK THE MASSAGE FOR YOURSELF (NOT FOR A FRIEND)

6. KEEP PASSIVE – NO TOUCHING – DURING THE MASSAGE

7. AT ALL TIMES, RESPECT THE MASSEUSE BOUNDARIES

8. REMEMBER PERSONAL HYGIENE – BE 100% CLEAN. WASH ALL AREAS THOROUGHLY SHORTLY PRIOR TO THE MASSEUSE ARRIVAL

9. MAKE SURE THE MASSAGE CAN BE PERFORMED ON A MATTRESS (IF ON THE FLOOR, ONLY ON A PADDED, CUSHIONED SURFACE SUCH AS A MAT)

10. MAKE THE ROOM TEMPERATURE WARMER FOR YOUR COMFORT

11. ALLOW THE MASSEUSE TO SHOWER BEFORE LEAVING AND PROVIDE A CLEAN TOWEL (PLEASE INFORM US IN CASE ON-SITE SHOWERING FACILITIES ARE UNAVAILABLE)

12. CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES WITHIN TWO HOURS OF YOUR CONFIRMED BOOKING TIME WILL INCUR A 50% FEE OF THE CONFIRMED BOOKING PRICE. (ADD. £120 FOR AIRPORT BOOKINGS)

13. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN THE FIRST 10 MINUTES OF THE MASSEUSE ARRIVAL WILL INCUR A 50% FEE OF THE CONFIRMED BOOKING PRICE. (ADD. £120 FOR AIRPORT BOOKINGS)

14. CANCELLATIONS PAST THE FIRST 10 MINUTES AFTER THE MASSEUSE ARRIVAL WILL INCUR THE FULL MASSAGE FEE AS CONFIRMED UPON BOOKING.

WINKS London reserve the right at all times to refuse service to anyone whose intent and behaviour do not appear to agree with our policies.

Any behaviour breaching these agreed Terms will result in an immediate and permanent ban from our services. The above Terms apply equally and unconditionally to ALL CLIENTS.
